You may have noticed that we’re aligning our email structure with best-practice business standards by separating operational communications from financial correspondence. This approach improves security, visibility, and the efficiency of financial processing.
All financial documents are now delivered to your store’s shared accounts mailbox:
accounts.[storename]@muzzbuzz.com.au
All operational communications such as order and delivery confirmation, customer feedback are sent to:
Please take a moment to confirm that you can access your designated shared mailbox and that invoices and other financial information are arriving there as expected.
There are a few ways how you can access and manage this new infrastructure created for your convenience and efficiency:
- Web browser (Outlook on the Web)
- Outlook app on Windows (Outlook New or Outlook Classic)
- Outlook app on iPhone/iPad (iOS)
- Outlook app on Android devices
If anything doesn’t look right (or a mailbox doesn’t appear), please let me know — it usually just means permissions need to be updated, and I can fix that quickly.
1) Access Shared Mailboxes in a Web Browser (Outlook on the Web)
This is the most reliable method and works from any device.
Steps:

- Sign in with your @muzzbuzz.com.au email and password.
- Once Outlook on the Web opens, you can access a Shared Mailbox in either of these ways:
- Option A: Open another mailbox
- Click on your profile icon (top-right).
- Select Open another mailbox
- Type the shared mailbox email address (example: accounts.bentley@muzzbuzz.com.au or bentley@muzzbuzz.com.au)
- Select the mailbox and click Open
- Option B: Add Shared Mailbox as an additional account folder
- Click on three dots next to your mail mailbox.
- Select Add shared folder or mailbox
- Type the shared mailbox email address (example: accounts.bentley@muzzbuzz.com.au or bentley@muzzbuzz.com.au)

2) Access Shared Mailboxes in Outlook on Windows (Desktop App)

- Click Account Settings → Account Settings
- Select your account → click Change
- Click More Settings
- Open the Advanced tab
- Under Open these additional mailboxes, click Add
- Enter the shared mailbox email address (example: accounts.bentley@muzzbuzz.com.au or bentley@muzzbuzz.com.au)
